Rental Returns

All rented decor items must be returned on or before the agreed return date specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Return Condition

Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, allowing for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for:

Damage and Loss

If items are damaged or lost during the rental period, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs. The amount will be deducted from your security deposit or invoiced separately.

Early Returns

If you return items before the agreed return date, rental fees are not refunded. However, early returns may be arranged by contacting us in advance.

Return Process

We offer pickup service for returns, or you may return items to our studio during business hours. Please contact us to arrange the return method that works best for you.

Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Any damage or missing items will be noted, and charges will be communicated to you within 48 hours of return.
